Terms Of Service
This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the mobile application and related services identified as Mahjong Cozy Time. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mahjong Cozy Time, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this User Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of Mahjong Cozy Time and uninstall it from your device.
1. Scope of Application
This User Agreement applies to all users who access or use Mahjong Cozy Time on any supported platform, including but not limited to devices distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. This User Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and the operator of Mahjong Cozy Time and governs your rights and obligations when using the application, related content, and any associated services.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement. 5. Virtual Content and In App Purchases
Mahjong Cozy Time may include virtual items, currencies, or other digital content that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real world currency. Virtual content has no real world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or property. All purchases are final and non refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Mahjong Cozy Time in a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, exploitative, or harmful to other users or to the integrity of Mahjong Cozy Time. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to cheating, hacking, using unauthorized third party software, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within Mahjong Cozy Time, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, text, audio, music, characters, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Mahjong Cozy Time and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by this User Agreement.
8. User Generated Content
If Mahjong Cozy Time allows you to submit or transmit content, you retain ownership of such content but grant the operator a worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of Mahjong Cozy Time.
9. Privacy
Your use of Mahjong Cozy Time is also governed by the Privacy Policy available at hiddenfield.html. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using Mahjong Cozy Time, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy.
10. Updates and Modifications
The operator of Mahjong Cozy Time may provide updates, patches, or modifications to improve functionality, security, or content. Such updates may be installed automatically depending on your device settings. Continued use of Mahjong Cozy Time after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated application.
11. Availability and Termination

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Mahjong Cozy Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Mahjong Cozy Time, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Mahjong Cozy Time from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Mahjong Cozy Time or your violation of this User Agreement.
15. Governing Law
This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where platform policies require otherwise.
